Ngenco protective coating is a new, reliable way to protect your car from scratches, chips, abuse, pebbles, reagents, and road debris.
Ngenco Ultra-Fast® is an unparalleled technology in the market. The liquid coating is applied in a booth with a spray gun in several stages and, when dried, forms a transparent film as thick as 200 µm (or 300 µm on highly sensitive parts of the car), which is thicker than the factory coating and PPF protective films.
Ngenco Ultra-Fast® has excellent self-healing and hydrophobic properties. The professional protection in glossy or matté finish is suitable for both old and new cars of any size, shape and colour.
Furthermore, Ngenco Ultra-Fast® technology allows you to change the colour of your car to any colour of your choice.
The coating can be applied both to the whole body (full car package) and to risk areas only, namely front bumper, hood, and front wings (front end package).
The coating can be polished, locally repaired and removed at any time without leaving any marks on the body.

APPLICATION AND TESTING

The Ngenco Ultra-Fast® coating application sequence is as follows:

4-layer base

Stabilizing layer

Optional: colour change coating

2-layer glossy or matté topcoat (see video)

Polishing

The coating has been tested according to the manufacturer’s industry standards for cracking resistance when exposed to UV light and adaptive cruise control

Moreover, local tests for physical damage resistance have been performed (see video).

The coating is resistant to car wash with the pressure allowed for car wash

Small scratches are self-healing when exposed to heat

After a serious physical impact due to the use of various tools, the coating can be easily removed, and the original coating remains undamaged.

Ngenco Limited warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years after application and particularly warrants that the coating will not fade, crack, blister or peel off and will be stain-free.
